Q: I just purchased a new home, and my builder told me I need to come to you to make my selections, what do I do now?
A: Congratulations on you purchase!  This is a very exciting time and we look forward to helping you personalize your home.  First you need to contact the specific Interior Designer who works with your builder to make an appointment.  See contact page for more information.

Q: What will I be selecting through your store?
A: We will help you select hardwood, carpet, natural stone, ceramic & porcelain tiles, vinyl & laminate.

Q: What are your hours?
A: Our showroom is open Monday – Friday 8am to 4pm.  Feel free to come in anytime and start looking, but you must make an appointment to meet with a designer to make selections for your home.

Q: How long should I expect the appointment to last?
A: Depending on the size of your home and the level of detail you desire the appointment could take on average anywhere from one to three hours.

Q: I am interested in upgrading some of my floor coverings, when is it necessary for me to make payment?
A: Every builder works slightly differently, please contact your interior designer for details.

Q: You have just installed the floor coverings in my home and I noticed something is damaged, what should I do.
A: Contact your builder first. They are the ones that will call us to schedule a service call.
